| Merck & Co., Inc., Whitehouse Station, NJ, which operates in many countries as Merck Sharp & Dohme or MSD, has announced that the company has filed a marketing authorization application with the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) for vorinostat for the treatment of advanced, refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) in the European Union.
