Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ:INFA), a provider of data integration software, has announced that the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX), the third largest options market in the U.S. and the nation's oldest stock exchange, has standardized on the Informatica PowerCenter Advanced Edition data integration platform and Informatica PowerExchange data access software in its move towards a new real-time systems architecture. In using Informatica to transition trade clearing and account management operations from a legacy-based environment, the PHLX has reduced data integration development time and effort by at least 50 percent as it optimizes its business functionality by driving to a real-time environment.
