Part 25 In A Series
After some political maneuvering that saw board president Mike Groves ousted as chair of the Scenic Heights Subdivision Property Owner's Association gathering Dec. 1, and Bill Utterback elected to run the affair, a new slate of directors was elected.
Six new directors joined four existing directors to create a board of ten directors.
Bart Cooper moved that the activity be "Declared legal and the true wishes of the membership," a motion which carried by a majority of votes cast by people present.
The event was adjourned (some say for the second time that day) and the directors assembled to elect officers. All were present except Jane Branham, who was nearby but indicated... |
