This isn't the case for Gregory Eisen, president and CEO of Sportography Inc. (www.sportography.com), Brookfield, Conn., though his first office was located in the basement of a home.

Both Gregory Eisen and his younger brother, Eric Eisen, COO, worked part-time for the company in high school and college. "We did a little bit of everything," says Gregory Eisen, "working at a wide variety of job descriptions, accumulating a mental database of how such a business is run, and thinking about how it could be improved.
