| On June 4-5, TEI Region II held its Regional Tax Forum 2007, co-sponsored by KPMG LLP and Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, at the Marriott Seaview Resort & Spa in Galloway, New Jersey. The two-day program for tax executives provided top flight instruction into current tax developments and legislative changes.
