We are here tonight to celebrate a milestone in the history of our organization: the 75th anniversary of the Appraisal Institute. We have come from many places to share this historic moment. As I look around the room, it appears to me that tonight we have made a commitment to preserve the heritage of the Appraisal Institute and rely on that heritage as we meet the challenges and seize the opportunities before us.
