The old saying is true; time really does fly when you are having fun. It has been a pleasure serving this past year as National Commander of the DAV Auxiliary.

The past five years, and foremost this past year, I have had the most incredible opportunities to meet people, go places and help accomplish the goals of the Auxiliary.

I made every effort to visit with hospitalized veterans and their families to let them know the DAV and Auxiliary are there for them.
