Description

Before passing over to the core of the problem, which is under discussion, it is necessary to define the terms "quality" and "product quality" as a whole. The philosophy determines quality as "a determinacy of an object (phenomenon, process) on the basis of which it [the object] acquires its specific existence and rises above a variety of other objects (phenomena, processes). Thus, quality defines the essence of an object that is inseparable from its existence and due to this essence an object is what it is, but not some other object." Let us compare definitions of the terms "defense products" and "automated system for control of troops (forces)." The military standard (4) defines the automated system for control of troops (forces) as a component of the automated system for control of the Armed Forces supporting the operation of the military control bodies (MCB) that shall maintain combat readiness and combat capacity of troops (forces); devise operations and combat actions and control them during accomplishment of the assigned missions. Every automated system for control of the troops (forces) is unique as far as a set of its components is concerned that includes means of operational acquisition and processing of operational-and-tactical information, estimation tasks to evaluate a situation as...
