The following curriuclum vitae include life sketches of Leaders in Industry who are contributing to the industrial growth of Pakistan.
Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone is presently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, the largest integrated and leading gas utility Company in Pakistan. He is a Chemical Engineer holding B.Sc. (Hons.) (Chemical Engineering) and MSc. (Chemical Engineering) degrees from University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan) and a registered professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council as well as a Fellow Member of Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers. He has attended various Management Courses abroad. He has several years of experience in gas industry and has been responsible for the planning, design, construction and operation of the Company's transmission and distribution network in Pakistan. Under his leadership, the Company has extended its network immensely. The transmission system now covers 6234 km and the distribution systems stands at 46,663 km at the end of June 30th 2006.
