Description: Enterprise Products Partners LP is a Delaware limited partnership formed in 1998 and publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the midstream energy company provides a wide range of services to North American producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil and certain petrochemicals. In addition, the company is an industry leader in the development of pipeline and other midstream energy infrastructure in the continental United States and Gulf of Mexico. The NGL pipelines and services segment includes its natural gas processing business and related NGL marketing activities; NGL pipelines aggregating approximately 14,322 miles, including its 7,808-mile Mid-America Pipeline System; NGL and related product storage facilities; and NGL fractionation facilities located in Texas and Louisiana. The onshore natural gas pipelines and services segment includes 18,346 miles of pipeline systems in Alabama, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming. The company also owns two salt dome natural gas storage facilities located in Mississippi and lease natural gas storage facilities located in Texas and Louisiana. The offshore pipelines and services segment includes approximately 1,544 miles of natural gas pipelines, approximately 909 miles of crude oil pipeline systems and six multi-purpose hub platforms with crude oil or natural gas processing capabilities, all located in the Gulf of Mexico. The petrochemical services segment includes two propylene fractionation facilities, an isomerization complex and an octane additive production facility.
