Description: Founded by Robert W. Gardner in 1859, Gardner Denver incorporated in Delaware in 1994 and went public on the New York Stock Exchange. Gardner is a manufacturer of stationary air compressors, blowers, and pumps such as reciprocating, rotary screw, and sliding vane compressors, as well as positive displacement and centrifugal blowers. Stationary air compressors are used in a variety of industrial applications, including manufacturing, materials handling, and as a source of power for air tools and equipment.
