Description: AMERCO was founded in 1945 under the name U-Haul Trailer Rental Company. The company is North America's largest do-it-yourself moving and storage operator through its subsidiary U-Haul International, Inc. U-Haul rents its distinctive orange and white U-Haul trucks and trailers and offers self-storage rooms across the United States and Canada through a network of company operated retail moving centers and independent U-Haul dealers.
