My week begins with an early start. It is a good day with only internal meetings planned. I am sure that I once overheard a frustrated IFA complaining that the only thing he found difficult about his job were the clients.

I begin by dealing with the mechanics of life, checking the post, emails and messages. One particular email from a client raises a smile.
