SYDNEY, Feb 17 Asia Pulse - Market manager ASX Ltd (ASX:ASX) has reported an 8.2 per cent fall in first half profit, cushioned by a big rise in revenue from secondary capital raisings.

In a volatile securities market towards the end of calendar 2008, ASX reported significant falls in revenue from listings, its cash market activities, and derivatives.

But it also saw a 29.2 rise in revenue from secondary capital raisings, a 10.9 per cent...
