CW Financial Services (oCWFSo), a leading real estate finance and investment management company, announced the resignation of its CEO, Todd Schuster. Jean Lamothe, CEO of Otera Capital, a subsidiary of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (oCDPo) and the majority owner of CWFS, announced that Charles Spetka, President of CWCapital Investments and CWCapital Asset Management, will replace Mr. Schuster as CEO. Lamothe also announced that Otera is purchasing Mr. SchusterEs interest in CWFS, increasing its ownership position to 81%.
