HARRISBURG - This morning, wrapping paper is flying at the Perry-Brown house.

But as the family's five daughters dig under the tree for presents, Sarah Perry-Brown and husband Jason are all too aware that no matter what is wrapped in paper and bows, they've already received the best gift of all.

A year ago, the family was living in a 30-year-old mobile home that had split down the middle and started to sink.

There were two bedrooms for seven people.

The rot was so bad, Sarah says her daughters frequently fell through the kitchen floor.

But this morning, thanks to a year of work by more than 60 Junction City, Harrisburg and Monroe Habitat for Humanity volunteers, the family has reason to celebrate.
