I would now like to turn the presentation over to your host for today's call, Mr. Paul Bowman, Chief Financial Officer. Please proceed, sir.

PAUL BOWMAN, CFO, AMERICAN MOLD GUARD, INC.: Thanks, Nikita. Good afternoon and welcome to American Mold Guard's fourth-quarter and full-year 2007 earnings conference call. Joining me on the call today is Mark Davidson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

On today's call, Mark will discuss the Company's strategic direction, and he will provide insight into recent announcements the Company has made concerning key business events and the planned intellectual property acquisition. I will follow with an analysis of our fourth-quarter and full-year financial results and provide insight into our financial objectives for 2008. We will then open up the conference call for questions.

MARK DAVIDSON, PRESIDENT, CEO, COO, AMERICAN MOLD GUARD, INC.: Thank you, Paul. I'd like to thank everyone for joining us today on our fourth-quarter, 2007 earnings call.

I'd like to briefly initiate some discussions with you on our strategy going forward, highlight some of the fourth-quarter highlights and then turn the call back over to Paul.

On the strategy side, the past few months have seen strategic advancement at AMGI. As we announced earlier this week, we have signed a letter of intent to acquire intellectual property related to mold prevention and bacteria decontamination. We believe that the acquisition of this intellectual property will allow us to develop important new and proprietary products and services in the areas of mold and bacteria decontamination, mold inhibitors, and bacteria barriers for use in infection control.
