If these are proving grounds, at least they're housed in the comforting confines of McArthur Court.

Coming off a disastrous two-game road trip, the Oregon women's basketball team has had its mettle tested over the last week. There were losses at BYU and South Dakota State, and challenges from the UO coaching staff in the form of rugged practices, not to mention withdrawing the Ducks' right to wear their school colors in practice.
