Marianne Christian
SPRINGFIELD - Marianne Christian of Springfield died Nov. 24 of diabetes. She was 69. A memorial service will be later.
She was born Nov. 24, 1939, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Raymond and Pauline Draper Miller. She married James Christian on Aug. 24, 1969, in Oronoco, Minn.
She graduated from East High School in Des Moines in 1958. She worked as an apartment manager for Forest Village Apartments for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband; five sons, Raymond Rehbein of Rochester, Minn., Jim Christian Jr. of Fort Collins, Colo., Kent Christian of Olympia and Tracy Rahbein and Tom Houston, both of Seattle; two daughters, Rhonda Winkley of Olympia and Nancy Oldham of Des Moines; a brother, Frank Miller of Des Moines; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield.
