Are Singaporean companies in Vietnam badly affected by the ailing global economy?

Running a business can always encounter problems. This happens to everybody anywhere in the world and so it happens to Singaporean companies. Since the early 1980s, in order to grow an economy in a very small country like Singapore, the government encouraged Singaporean companies to expand overseas. Since then, we have had a lot of experience in foreign investment in different countries like Thailand, Malaysia, China, India and Europe. Therefore, we have already anticipated problems when running a business in Vietnam.
