A SECRETARY who cut a commuter's face by kicking him with her stiletto heel walked free from court yesterday.

Laura Cook, 29, who had been drinking champagne at a work party, lashed out after Ian Garven told her boyfriend to take his feet off the seat in a first-class carriage.

She told Mr Garven he was a 'jumped up City worker in a cheap suit' as Nicholas Rogers, 31, knocked him to the floor.
