Users can view page after page of minutiae on weather on their birthdays, in their neighborhood or, if they have a personal weather station, in their own backyard.

"The way the Internet makes things meaningful is to create a community," said John Celenza, who used to program for Weather Underground and is now a graduate student at Stanford. "We're creating weather enthusiasts."
