Article Excerpt The 2008-2009 Pediatric Nursing[R] Leadership Institute and Fellowship Program (Leadership TMRROW--Training and Mentoring in Reading, Reviewing, Oral, and Writing skills) began at the 24th annual Pediatric Nursing Conference in Las Vegas, with the first cohort of selected Fellows. These nurses come from organizations stretching across the country--California, Florida, and New York--with a range of academic, clinical, and professional experiences. They will bring their fresh perspectives to several planned activities as they prepare for future leadership roles to influence practice locally and serve the profession widely through writing and speaking activities.
