Who are these people?

Who is "Defend Oregon?" Who decided we need committees to oppose unsafe housing and unfair elections? And who came up with this title for their committee: "If You Absolutely, Positively, One Hundred Percent Want To Put Felons In Prison It's Mandatory That You Vote Yes on 61"?
