SALEM - Oregon's up-and-down revenue is down again, according to the latest forecast issued Thursday.

State economists said general fund revenue for the current two-year spending cycle will probably fall $119 million from what was expected in May. That month's quarterly forecast called for a $100 million uptick in revenue, thanks in large part to the unanticipated $500 million sale of stock and resulting taxes paid by Nike magnate Phil Knight.
