(BULLETIN BOARD: SUNV) is pleased to announce the finalization of partnership with Beacon Products, a member of the Varon Lighting Group, for the development and marketing of unique light emitting diode (LED) products.

The product development will include critical components of energy- efficient LED lighting fixtures and LED lighting system retrofit kits for sale to customers in the indoor and outdoor markets.
