NEW YORK -- NEW YORK, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC), a nationally prominent developer and manager of prestigious commercial real estate, today announced that Crate and Barrel, one of the most influential home furnishings and housewares retailers in the country, has signed a lease for a 650,000 square foot build-to-suit Distribution Center complex at Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone in Cranbury, New Jersey. The project, consisting of two buildings, will include a factory outlet. Construction is expected to begin in March, pending approvals of the final site plan.
