October 29, 2008 -- Power Sports Factory, Inc., (OTCBB:PSPF) announced today that it has entered into Exclusive Distribution agreement with Eurospeed, Inc., the transportation products subsidiary of Euro Group of Companies, Inc. Under the agreement, Power Sports Factory has granted Eurospeed the exclusive right to distribute its line of Andretti motorbikes to new and used auto dealerships in the U.S. and Canada.
The agreement calls for the purchase of a minimum of 7,500 units by Eurospeed over the next twelve months with initial purchase of 600 units to be completed in the next 30 days.
