Andrea Saffle has become very creative in her role at Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg, maintaining a high level of marketing with an ever-shrinking budget.

"Over the last several years, my marketing budget has dropped almost $200,000," said Saffle, marketing director for the mall. "Trying to maintain a certain level of advertising and promotion as well as trying to find new avenues of non-traditional income have been very challenging. Most people and companies see the mall and think we have a lot of money. But I have a very limited budget. My main focus has to be intensifying what will drive the most sales in my center.
