Now that specialty grinder producer Tru Tech Systems, Inc. (Mt. Clemens, Mich.) has closed on the purchase of surface-grinder maker Harig Products (Elgin, Ill.) from Bridgeport as part of the Goldman Industrial bankruptcy liquidation (see M.I.R., 9/17/02), some plans have been announced.
