For a dose of reality, the Ducks were greeted Sunday by oddsmakers who made them an underdog of more than two touchdowns against USC this week.

Oregon is coming off a dominating 63-14 win over Washington State, which boosted the Ducks back into the AP poll at No. 23, up to No. 20 in the coaches' poll and into the No. 21 slot of the first Harris Interactive poll of this fall.

But despite that, plus the Trojans' loss to Oregon State on Thursday, early betting lines favor USC by between 16 and 18 points.
