KEEPING well hydrated is key to looking and feeling healthy but there is so much nonsense peddled about the volume of water we should be drinking that, if anything, most of us overdo it. And while we are all constantly being told that dehydration is harmful, over-hydration can be much more dangerous ? something Dawn Page discovered the hard way.
