Carpet Care Starts with Determining Carpet Types
In order to provide the best products for carpet care, distributors need to know the characteristics of the carpet's fiber.
When it comes to carpet care, one question that is most frequently asked is not how to clean a carpet, but rather how to identify different carpet fibers. After all, carpets are not all alike, and the chemicals, especially the pH levels of the chemicals, equipment, spotters and systems used for one type of carpet fiber may have costly and disastrous effects on another type of fiber.
