BILOXI -- There is a lot going on in downtown Biloxi. A new casino, the $225-million Hard Rock Cafe and a new $16-million Ohr-O'Keefe Museum are under construction. When completed, those attractions are expected to bring thousands more visitors to the downtown area.

Main Street Biloxi wants to take advantage of all that new activity by hold a Main Street Investor Fair April 21-23. Potential investors will be hosted with an eye to selling them on the historic downtown area. The fair will include a seminar covering a range of topics, including data on local economic trends, available downtown properties, various financing alternatives and potential tax incentives.
