FLOWOOD -- Even though nearly half of all business at Wilson Dodge-Kia-Hyundai is derived from repeat customers or referrals from satisfied customers, company president Doug Wilson is constantly looking for ways to boost customer relations.

"We have a formal system of cards and surveys in which we compare our scores to those of other Dodge dealerships our size across the U.S.," said Wilson. "Our CSI, or Customer Satisfaction Index, and SSI, or Sales Satisfaction Index, are a focal point of all our meetings, team member correspondence and pay plans. We quantify, measure and analyze CSI and SSI responses and then implement needed changes as necessary."
