Government prosecutors seek a judge's permission to paint a long-running picture of corruption in the trial of former ThyssenKrupp Materials N.A. Inc. CEO Kenneth Graham and Executive Vice President Kyle Dresbach.

Prosecutors want a jury to hear how Graham charged the company for work done at his home and at a luxury condo in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and how they believe both overcharged the company for personal expenses.

Graham and Dresbach were indicted last year in U.S. District Court in Detroit on conspiracy, money laundering and tax-fraud charges. The indictment states the two operated a $6.5 million kickback scheme from 1991-2000 where a vendor agreed to overcharge the company and the executives would split the proceeds.
