The St. Louis chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women honored these members at its third annual Networking Awards Luncheon:
Networking Story of the Year: Ellen Mannion, Hycel Properties, Meg Mannion and Rebekah Bahn, Grubb & Ellis/Gundaker Commercial, and Anne Klene, Gundaker Commercial Group.
Deal of the Year ($2 million plus): Merri Cross, Gundaker Commercial Group, Jennifer Marler, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, Stephanie Saur and Robin Steiner, U.S. Title.
Deal of the Year ($2 million or less): Sarann Leonard, Sachs Properties, and Julie Drummond, Color Art Integrated Graphics.
New Member of the Year: Kristy Seibert, Commerce Bank.
Stan Gellman Graphic Design was given a Silver Award in the 21st annual International Mercury Awards along with an overall presentation and an Honors Award.
Landmark Builders received St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles' 2008 Home of the Year - Best Historical Restoration - Platinum Award. The house is at 318 South Woodlawn Avenue in Kirkwood.
First Community Credit Union's Oakville branch received an award for outstanding new construction from the South...
