Viigo Inc., Toronto, developer of the popular mobile content and services platform for smartphones, has announced that it has collaborated with SingTel Mobile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel), to offer an exclusive value-added service to its postpaid customers.
