MCAFEE VALIDATES FIRST THIRD-PARTY INTEROPERABLE PRODUCTS.

McAfee, Inc. (NYSE:MFE), Santa Clara, Calif., has announced that three of its current McAfee Security Innovation Alliance (SIA) technology partners have passed compatibility testing, including AccessData (http://www.accessdata.com/), Bit9, Inc. (http://www.bit9.com/) and LogRhythm (http://www.logrhythm.com/). McAfee has also added seven new partners to the SIA technology partnering program, including Catbird (http://www2.catbird.com/), Cyber-Ark (http://www.cyber-ark.com/), ForeScout (http://www.forescout.com/), HBGary (http://www.hbgary.com/), NitroSecurity (http://www.nitrosecurity.com/), Secerno (http://www.secerno.com/) and TriGeo Network Security (http://www.trigeo.com/).

The SIA program accelerates the development of interoperable security products and simplifies the integration of those products within complex customer environments. Through the program, these companies will integrate with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator(R) (ePO(TM)) software, McAfee's industry-leading security and compliance management platform that is deployed by more than 35,000 enterprise customers.

With interoperability testing, joint customers can:

* More fully leverage their investments in McAfee while adding complementary capabilities not found in McAfee's core offerings.

* Be assured that their joint solution has been tested against specific functional criteria and has earned the "McAfee Compatible" logo.

* Enjoy lower deployment costs, and faster time to value, due to up-front testing.
