The Research Consortium is honored to host over 250 individual presentations, posters, and symposia, including the following:

* The 2003 Raymond A. Weiss Lecturer will be Priscilla M Clarkson, Ph.D., Professor of Exercise Science and Associate Dean for the School of Public Health and Health Sciences, University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She will speak on "The Study of Muscle Soreness: From Microtears to Microarrays."

* Barbara E. Ainsworth, Ph.D., M.P.H. and members of the Research Consortium Grants Committee will offer a special workshop entitled "Writing Research Grants: Strategies for Success."
