Members of the city's Civilian Review Board expressed their very understandable frustration last week about the Eugene Police Department's foot-dragging approach to police oversight.

The board has yet to receive police internal investigations on two high profile cases involving allegations of officer misconduct that were filed three months ago. That's not the kind of transparency, accessibility and accountability voters had in mind when they approved the system three years ago in the wake of an officer sex scandal
