Sept. 15 -- The Building Owners and Managers Association of New York will hold a luncheon entitled "Hudson Yards: Prosperity for the New West Side" from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Vishaan Chakrabarti, director of the Manhattan office of the New York Department of City Planning, will be the featured speaker at the event. The luncheon will take place at the New York Marriott Financial Center, at 85 West St., 3rd floor. Members: $80 per person. Non-members: $90 per person.
