On a bad day when the computer blows up, the report was due yesterday and there's not even time for a cup of coffee, much less lunch Mississippi's Top 50 Leading Business Women can look back on Aug. 26 and remember that they have sisters in business who are making it, too.
The winners of the 2004 Mississippi's 50 Leading Business Women program gathered together for a day-long seminar and luncheon in their honor. It was the eighth annual program hosted by the Mississippi Business Journal (MBJ).
"It's great stuff," said Charlotte Tabereaux, director of the Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Center. "It's neat to get away from the office environment and spend a day talking with people like yourself, who have the same kinds of problems, challenges and stresses ... and have so much fun talking about it!"
