Clean up the real mess

I used to own a small service business, and I have been in many of the businesses in downtown Springfield. Part of each job included getting up on the roof. I guarantee there are used needles on every rooftop downtown. There are need les in every nook and cranny of every alley in downtown, and it is not rare to find needles on the sidewalks. This isn't speculation, I've seen it.
