Opportunities Under Your Feet

Entryway mats are instrumental in keeping dirt out of buildings and offices, but they aren't the only places mats can be used. Antifatigue matting systems, the latest jan/san trend, can reduce worker accidents, minimize aches and pains and increase productivity.
The benefits of entryway matting have been well known by distributors and facility managers for several years. By now, virtually every distributor provides a host of entryway matting options from wipers to scrapers to wiper/scrapers, and are knowledgeable on the benefits of this system.
But in recent years, jan/san distributors have seen a number of new matting opportunities arise. When used properly, anti-fatigue matting provides a safer, healthier work environment, which can ultimately lead to higher profits by increasing productivity.
Along with the improved worker productivity and related health benefits that anti-fatigue matting systems provide, an added benefit is safety. Mats can help reduce slips, trips, and falls, which can be more common in situations where workers must be on their feet for prolonged periods of time.
