Cruzan Estate Dark Rum 2 lemon wedges 3/4 oz. peach puree 1/2 oz. simple syrup 6-8 mint leaves 1 mint sprig for garnish Add mint leaves, lemon wedges and simple syrup to a mixing glass and muddle. Add rum, peach puree and ice, then shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
