ACE USA provides foreign supplier cover

PHILADELPHIA-ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Cos., has introduced ACE Foreign Supplier Liability Insurance. The product provides global primary coverage for U.S.-based companies and designated foreign suppliers against product liability claims arising from the sale or distribution of foreign-sourced or manufactured products.

The coverage, offered by ACE USA's Casualty Risk and Global Underwriting group, targets U.S-based companies that purchase or distribute completed products or component parts from foreign suppliers. It provides coverage for incidents occurring in the United States, as well as worldwide claims brought within the United States, with primary and excess limits up to $5 million per...
