TORONTO, June 30 - MyScreen Mobile, Inc. announced recently that a patent application for its technology has been filed with the Patent Office in India. The company is seeking to protect the Intellectual Property Rights of Myscreen and enables the company to operate and maintain its position as global market innovator and leader in the mobile advertising space.

"The mobile phone market in India is predicted to grow to 500 million subscribers by 2010," said Christian H. Meissner, Executive Vice President, Myscreen. "One of our strategies is to target the rapidly growing BRIC countries where we feel advertisers will now have a utility to reach these consumers with ease".
