Why do I feel lazy whenever I try to take a break? I'm exhausted after 20 dance classes a week but when I try to sit one out, I feel like I'm shirking. I tell myself that I should be able to push through my fatigue if I want to become a professional. But I also know that it's important to listen to my body and back off when I'm tired. I wish I could skip occasionally and not feel like a loser.
