A win-win for hospital, UO, city

What if the University of Oregon sold the Williams' Bakery property to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center, built the basketball arena complex over by Autzen Stadium, and added a parking structure and shuttle to the hospital and the university? The city of Eugene could then put another parking structure on part of the 13-acre site downtown. Folks could pay for their parking and use the bus to the sports complex, hospital and university.
